Alaska

               Ammunition: No ammunition sales due to shipping limitations.

California

               Ammunition:  No ammunition sales.

Firearms: Handguns must be on the California Approved Handgun List. C&R handguns are sent only to 01FFLs. C&R holders must also send a COE to receive rifles.

               Magazines: No magazines over 10 rounds.

               No firearms parts kits.

Law Enforcement and High Capacity magazine permit holders are exempt with appropriate documentation. No orders of any kind including LE will be shipped to San Francisco, CA

Colorado

               Ammunition:

               Magazines: No magazines over 15 rounds.

               Magazines over 15 rounds will be removed from firearms and/or parts kits.

Franklin Park, Illinois
Bans the transfer, acquisition, possession, manufacture or distribution or assault ammunition.
Prohibits magazines having a capacity of more than 16 rounds.

Oak Park, Illinois
Bans the possession and sale of large capacity feeding devices.
Prohibits magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds.

Riverdale, Illinois
Bans the possession, transfer, acquisition or manufacture of assault ammunition.
Magazine with a capacity of more than 35 rounds.

Airguns Restrictions

Washington D.C.: Cannot Ship

 New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island): Cannot ship

 Philadelphia PA: Cannot ship

 Johnson City, TN: Cannot ship

Illinois (other than Chicago): Any air gun shooting a projectile over .18" or any Airguns shooting 700 fps must go to FFL dealer.

 Michigan: Any pellet gun must go to a FFL dealer (All state laws apply to these Airguns)

Michigan: Any bb gun with riffled barrel or that is .22 calibers or greater must go to FFL (All state laws apply to these Airguns)

New Jersey: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns.

 Delaware: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns.

Rhode Island: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns.

North Dakota: Requires FFL to transfer on all air guns.

Minnesota: Guns capable of shooting pellets require FFL to transfer.

Stun Guns Restrictions

If a state is not listed below then it may be legal to possess and/or carry a stun device. Please check your local laws before ordering a stun device.

California Stun guns and Tasers are not permitted on the property of any state university or school.

Florida  A non-lethal stun gun or dart-firing stun gun or other non-lethal electric weapon or device that is designed solely for defense purposes.

Georgia  Illegal to carry within or around any public or private school.

Illinois  Legal with conditions. (Illegal in Chicago).

Indiana  Handgun provisions applies to an electronic stun weapon or taser.

Kansas  Not allowed in schools.

Mississippi  Must be licensed to carry stun gun.

North Carolina Not allowed to carry in or around schools.

North Dakota Not allowed in areas that serve alcohol.

Black Powder Firearms Restrictions

You must be at least 18 or older to purchase Black   Powder firearms. Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering black powder firearms.

Black Powder firearms cannot be shipped to the following locations:

Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge.  The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet.  In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state cannot sell to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label.  The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages.
